How it works
We read reservations, postings, rate codes, timestamps and maintenance tickets. We never write anything back.
Each engine watches for one kind of leak with each transaction. A paid upgrade nobody charged, a no-show fee nobody posted, a room move nobody repriced.
The reservation, the posting, the rate code, the timestamps. Open the evidence drawer and see exactly what we saw.
It gets an owner, a status and a resolution. Front office, revenue, finance and the GM each see the tickets that are theirs.
Every amount comes from the data, and the same data always gives the same amount. The AI writes the explanation, shows what it checked, and a person decides what happens next.

Paid upgrades never charged. Guest-requested room moves left on the old rate. Allowances posted without a manager code.
No-show and late cancellation fees never posted. Rates keyed under the floor. Package add-ons set up for the wrong dates.
Outlet checks that never reached the folio. Rebates with no original charge. Adjustments and reductions with no reason. Maintenance jobs faked or never reported.
What we do not do
And we never write to the PMS.
